This is where we meet with you to develop and workshop your ideas, define your specific project, so that we can then create and refine a design brief for your project.

As experienced and qualified building designers, we listen to your requirements, specifications, budget and timelines in order to create a design brief that is uniquely yours.

We guarantee to have your fee proposal to you within 2 working days.

2. Concept DESIGN

Once you have approved the design brief and fee proposal

We then produce your concept plans.

this includes your floor plans, site plan, elevations and 3D perspectives.

Our experienced and qualified building designers offer professional advice to ensure superior design and functionality, with your budget in mind.

We allow up to three rounds of changes in our fee proposal before moving forward to working drawings.

The concept design stage is perfect for you to start discussing timelines and costs with your chosen builder. We work with several builders and happy to recommend one that would be ideal for your project.

3. Working Drawings

Working drawings and then completed after your concept design approval.

Final working drawings are of the highest quality and detail that is required by your builder to begin the construction process.
